Terms and Conditions

The rules for using the StoreOS website and software — subscriptions, payments, and what you and we are each responsible for. Using the service means you agree to these terms.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Agreeing to these terms

By browsing the StoreOS website, opening an account or using any of our software (Commerce 360, RMS Ultra, Easy Pharma), you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

If you open an account on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. The service

StoreOS is a cloud-based software service for billing, point of sale (POS), stock, orders and accounting. What each plan includes is stated on the pricing page or your invoice. We may add, change or update features from time to time to improve the service.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate, up-to-date information to open an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done from your account and your staff's accounts.
  • Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Government VAT/tax may be added where applicable.
  • Subscription fees are payable in advance, monthly or annually, by card, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, internet banking or bank transfer.
  • Online payments are processed through EPS (eps.com.bd), a Bangladesh Bank–approved payment gateway. Every payment receives an invoice.
  • We send a notice before each renewal date. If a payment is missed, you get a 7-day grace period; after that the account may be suspended, but your data is not deleted.
  • Price changes are announced at least 30 days ahead and take effect from your next renewal.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Request a refund within 7 days of a payment and you get the full amount back. The details are in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use StoreOS to:

  • Sell goods or services prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh, or for any unlawful activity such as fraud or money laundering.
  • Collect other people's personal data without permission, or send spam SMS or messages.
  • Try to break the software's security, access another customer's data, or overload our servers.
  • Copy, reverse-engineer, resell or rent out the software without our permission.

If these terms are breached we may suspend or close the account after notice, or immediately in serious cases.

7. Your data

You own all the business data you keep in the software and can export it at any time. How we store and protect it is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you enter — such as product prices, VAT calculations or customer details.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the StoreOS software, website, logo, design and content belongs to StoreOS. During your subscription you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for your own business; no ownership is transferred.

9. Third-party services

Payment gateways, couriers (such as Pathao and Steadfast), SMS and other third-party services run under their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, charges or errors, though we will do our best to help resolve problems.

10. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service running at all times, but maintenance, internet outages or causes beyond our control can interrupt it briefly. We announce planned maintenance in advance wherever possible. Support is available Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 to 20:00.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, StoreOS is not liable for indirect losses, lost business profit or lost data arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by natural disasters, government orders, internet shutdowns or other events beyond our control.

12. Closing an account

You can close your account at any time, and we may close it if these terms are breached. After closure you have 30 days to export your data, after which it is deleted.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be addressed through discussion; if unresolved, it falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when needed. Significant changes are announced by email, SMS or in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
